No, you do not need to be home! Many of our clients provide us with a spare key, a garage code, or a lockbox code. If you prefer to be home, that is perfectly fine too—we just ask for a comfortable amount of space to work efficiently.
2. What is your policy on pets?
We love pets! During our booking process, please let us know if you have pets and if they will be secured or roaming free. If your pet is anxious around new people or loud noises (like vacuums), we recommend securing them in a comfortable spot to ensure our team can work safely.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules change. We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee to compensate our cleaning staff for their time.
