Payment Methods

We want to make your experience as seamless as possible, right down to the payment. We gladly accept Cash, Checks, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is generally due at the time of service. If you have any questions about payment methods, feel free to ask!

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our team's schedule. Please note: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our team's time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness is our #1 priority. We stand by our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with any part of your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. We will return to your home and re-clean that specific area at no extra charge. We aren't happy until you are!
